CTS Beach Cottages is a family-owned property. We have three Florida style cottages on Sunset Beach which is located at the quiet south end of Treasure Island.
Stay in a beautiful one or two-bedroom cottage. Only a one mintue walk to the beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico.
Our cottages are well maintained and fully stocked by on-site managers Karl and Anna. You will enjoy your stay at CTS Beach cottages on Sunset Beach.

The CTS beach cottage was a great place to stay, especially when it is located directly across the beach and Caddy’s beach bar. The cottage we had was spacious and felt like home. I would definitely recommend to anyone who loves the beach. We will be visiting this area and cottage again!
